We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Traditional Textiles. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
- Request a Return/Exchange: Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
- Pack Your Item: Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags.
- Ship It Back: Send the item back to us using a tracked shipping method.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please indicate this when contacting customer service. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Custom or personalised products
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
